High Density Arrays ( ~ 45000 gene probes):

In principle, we can use all DNA microarray formats printed on glass slides. For routine mRNA expression analyses at a transcriptome-wide scale, we use microarrays from Agilent Technologies. Examples of hybridizations on these microarray types are shown below.
